What do people at DigitalGlobe think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Jeff does a good job of articulating the vision for the company and has a good grasp of the mental health of the org. He recognizes when we need more frequent and informational communications from leadership and structures our all hands meetings to accommodate that. Would like to see him more clearly articulate and acknowledge to the staff that to operate the business at a given level of margin these are the restrictions it puts on us from an ability to hire more staff to assist with the workloads some people carry.
