Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because I travel 15km one side from my place so more over my half amount gets exhausted in the travelling expenses, every thing is expensive at the present so to be paid better enough as per the skills ,experience and hardworking. Increase wages, better benifits, and more stock.
