I was brought in as a contractor, after being there 5 months I was moved over to a full time position within the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone takes the time to listen, even if they only have a short amount of time available they will make time to listen to your concerns.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact when people call in to get help from me it's satisfying to know when I am able to fix something that effects several people and how well they can perform their jobs. It has a profound effect on someone.
