I feel like for the amount of work and the type of work that we do deserves more compensation. Being able to afford a house and to live comfortably is my main priority and I feel like you don't get that until you reach the Senior/ General manager level.

People are easily replaceable despite what they bring to the team. There are those who dont do anything and get paid higher. Expected to lead the bays but management doesnt teach you anything. Working 50 hours a week for 13.50. Request paid vacation but the manager doesnt put in your PTO
