What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders within this company on all levels are professional and care about both those they are leading, and the customers that walk through our doors every day. It's an incredible working environment, and I'm proud to be a Discount Tire employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team knows how to keep things fun for each other, even when things get tough. They always have each other's and my back, no matter what. We all communicate with each other well, and these people are my guys. Wouldn't want to work with anyone else.
