He served as a Principal Accounting Officer of DISH DBS Corporation and served as its Chief Financial Officer until April 2009. He has been Director of Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. since March 2014. He has been Director at Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. since March 2014. He served as a Director at ON Semiconductor Corp. since March 22, 2012 until May 20, 2015. He served as a Director of Global Aero Logistics Inc. from March 2006 to November 2007.
