Mr. Bernard L. Han, also known as Bernie, has been Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at DISH Network Corporation since December 11, 2015. Mr. Han served as the Chief Operating Officer of DISH Network Corporation from April 27, 2009 to December 11, 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President from September 2006 to December 11, 2015. Mr. Han was responsible for DISH's customer service, customer retention, installation operations, information technologies and corporate program management. Mr. Han served as the Chief Financial Officer of DISH Network Corp. from September 2006 to April 27, 2009 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 27, 2009. He served as the Chief Information Officer of DISH Network from 2006 to 2007. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of DISH DBS Corporation. He served as a Principal Accounting Officer of DISH DBS Corporation and served as its Chief Financial Officer until April 2009. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of EchoStar Corporation from January 2008 to June 17, 2010. He has been Director of Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. since March 2014. He has been Director at Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. since March 2014. He served as a Director at ON Semiconductor Corp. since March 22, 2012 until May 20, 2015. He served as a Director of Global Aero Logistics Inc. from March 2006 to November 2007. He served as a Director of Global Aviation Holdings, Inc. from March 2006 to November 2007. He served as a Member of Advisory Board of Envest Ventures, LLC. Mr. Han holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A., all from Cornell University.
