Ms. Kathy Schneider serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at DISH Network Corporation. Ms. Schneider oversees DISH's customer service to more than 14 million subscribers nationwide. This includes the management of DISH's call center and business process improvement operations. She served as senior vice president of customer service at Dish Network Corp. Previously, she acted as DISH's Vice President of Finance, responsible for financial planning, financial analysis, safety and treasury. Before her time at DISH, Ms. Schneider held a distinguished career in the airline industry, notably serving as Champion Air's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2007. For nearly a decade prior, she held several senior-level positions in Finance, Sales Analysis and Airline Profitability at America West Airlines. She began her career at Northwest Airlines in Finance and Revenue Management. Ms. Schneider received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
