Overall, I don't recommend this company to anyone. It is in a state of constant change and no one is safe. The leaders at the highest levels are incompetent and most have never been at these levels previously. There is a history of constant change in the Executive team.

Many good relationships with co-workers.

The team was eager to begin with but the company slowly takes this excitement away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase transparency. The compensation team is not actively involved in creating a fair compensation system.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a committee process where many people were part of the process and you could get a more complete view of the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding business needs and becoming personable with the workforce. Sticking to one course for longer than 2 months. Honoring commitments to customers and employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leaders don't listen to the employees who work on the front lines. Numbers are all they see and their decisions at times hurt the business because they don't allow managers to be a part of the decision process.
