I regret coming to work for the company as the environment is so toxic and poorly managed. I am grateful for the opportunity but I would not recommend the company to any friends or family. The colleagues I work with are loyal and committed to the company but the management is extremely poor.

leadership very disconnected from reality , they push a lot without really helping or listening to the chalenges

This is a period of intensive layoffs as the company is telying on a recent Texas judge ruling about mandatory workplace vaccines, a return to the office is underway, and the favorites get to work anywhere (not onsite)
