I'm currently on the lower end of the comp. When I signed up, I was told titles do not matter. A year later new official titles were assign and mine is below my experience. No discussion was had.

There is little company culture, but rather a toxic work environment where everyone stabs each other in the back. Culture needs to improve.

The people are great but the amount of work per individual is huge. Most of us are doing the work of 2 to 3 resources. This will eventually burn us out.
