What do you like best about the leadership team?
Growing in transparency and clear leadership direction. We've had some much needed churn that opened the door for better alignment with company culture and direction.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They cover 100% of my family's medical & even pay 100% of the detectable.
The salary is above average
Salary are very fair with industry.
Flex PTO, competitive salary, great stock benefits, excellent healthcare coverage. Hard to pick one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regular pay reviews are promised and never take place. They should happen regularly.

I'm currently on the lower end of the comp. When I signed up, I was told titles do not matter. A year later new official titles were assign and mine is below my experience. No discussion was had.

Great minds with a global target to deliver Docker to the masses
Extremely collaborative and focused on delivering the right thing for customers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Constructive criticism has to actually be constructive.
There is little company culture, but rather a toxic work environment where everyone stabs each other in the back. Culture needs to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe I can approach anybody about anything. This has proven true over the time I've been here.
The people are great but the amount of work per individual is huge. Most of us are doing the work of 2 to 3 resources. This will eventually burn us out.

Everyone is trying heir hardest to make the company successful except for a few bad apples. The company also tolerates a wide diversity.

HR and executive team need to be replaced by humans

The time frame. The steps and the poor communication throughout.

We have a lot of really talented yet humble people.
Seeing new features and products that amplify what we've already established as an industry standard.
