Using DocuSign the last 20 years and not once was impact or any system down - so incredible important. The mobile version is just user friendly and security is on top of their mind. One of the best prepared University contents ever (even I havent needed as user-friendly solution) Security is TOP !

depends on hiring manager. We had so many people on my team take other offers because we were too slow to make offers.

A joke. No leadership at all. Egos and personal agendas running rampant.

Upper management is highly questionable in terms of leadership and people management, but the mid level managers (director level) are generally good. Low level managers are really inexperienced.

Depends on the week and the team - could be 35 or could be 50+.

Very secure. There are basically no layoffs ever which means even the under performers and difficult to work with people remain at the company for a long time.

Not as agile as a pre-IPO tech company should be. There's a lot of bureaucracy at the high levels.

depends on the team. overall it's 40 hours a week, most people are gone by 5pm, but there are a few teams that are super overworked.
