I love the people I work with, the diversity of the work I do and the opportunity to learn in areas I want to be learning in. I've never come across a "no" more, how would we get there? I also love sound, audio and vision so Dolby is a great alignment for things I'm passionate about.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rebalance board power away from the dolby family. Clean house at VP and director level, remove the insane egos. Bring back SVPs with a backbone and wisdom. Live up to Ray's high technical aspiration again. Give Wall Street something real to bank on rather than glossy chicken liver.
