What makes you most happy at work?My co-workers are why I continue to show up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? My peers and even immediate supervisors are darn good. Higher up the management change its all political blah blah blah and moving boxes on the org chart and calling it "change".
What are some of the best things about your team?Smart people passionate about doing good work. I'm always sad when they throw my co-workers into the street each quarter.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Don't take so long to respond to resumes. Seriously, how many good people are going to still be around six months after they apply?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Oh, I don't know... pretty uninspiring group doing as well as they can, I guess. I suppose they need to get better at everything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Rampant decisioning based on job preservation rather than true growth. As a result emphasis is primarily on appearance and gloss rather than real innovation.
