- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Oh, I don't know... pretty uninspiring group doing as well as they can, I guess. I suppose they need to get better at everything.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Rampant decisioning based on job preservation rather than true growth. As a result emphasis is primarily on appearance and gloss rather than real innovation.
