  • How are layoffs handled in the Product department at Dollar General?
Dollar General doesn’t have to worry about lay offs. Dollar General has an astonishing high turn over rate, like call center high turn over rate. People come and go out of this company like revolving doors and I would know because I’m a current employees. In 9 months, we’ve gone through 2 assistant managers, 3 keyholders, and I don’t know how many cashiers. People obviously feel under valued here at Dollar general, so dollar generals “real” culture/environment is a high turn over rate with a horrible work environment.
