What does the leadership team need to get better at?As always, communication, Responsibility and Accountability.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Start over from scratch. The human resources department was much better 10 years ago vs now. They don't solve problems anymore. They just give you a number to call and you're on your own. The mill manager says what you want to hear and does the opposite. None can be trusted.
