I love my team. The feeling of family is what makes the job worthwhile.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Contributors rally around other contributors to help each other in work related and non-work related problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that many of them started as hourly wage contributors so they understand how people feel.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The familiarity of the HR staff. The HR staff is not the same as when I was interviewing however.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our insurance is more expensive than every other place I have worked and salaried employees don't make as much money as comparable jobs nearby.
