Personal and Professional sides, they take a genuine interest
I like that many of them started as hourly wage contributors so they understand how people feel.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing on a general level and not friendship based. Keep the same standards across the board
Communication with contributors, putting safety and quality over production. Listening to concerns and or quality issues. Multiple bad parts sent out to Bollinger back to back due to Management passing then to be shipped then blaming quality team for it not being caught. After Approved by managers.
