Communication with contributors, putting safety and quality over production. Listening to concerns and or quality issues. Multiple bad parts sent out to Bollinger back to back due to Management passing then to be shipped then blaming quality team for it not being caught. After Approved by managers.

Our insurance is more expensive than every other place I have worked and salaried employees don't make as much money as comparable jobs nearby.
