Doing something for my customers that I know gives them a lasting impact.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's dependent on me. It's the best part and the scariest part. But I trust myself so if I work hard, my compensation pkg is awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture - everyone helps each other, it's not cut throat. The leaders help the rising leaders do better as they set goals. Plus the incentive vacations!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That I'm in charge - I get recognized for my own efforts if I make them. Nothing gets handed freely to anyone - we all work for our own and the teams success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all want to help people and do it with integrity and do it effectively and honestly. They feel a personal mission to help people get natural products that are better than store bought.
