What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have benefits we can spend on multiple things like food, sports, activities. Also we have access to certain amount of wellness products of the company to keep healthy.

Compensation at doterra is done differently and not found anywhere else. If you are willing to put in the time and effort you are rewarded greatly with so much room to improve and grow.
