What would you improve about your company's interview process?

how the team contacts you

More professional behavior by recruiters. Often there is no follow up on interviews, internally and externally, which is extremely unprofessional. When someone puts in the effort to put together a resume, apply, and sometimes even interviews, recruiters owe it to applicants to get a response.

the process is very long and drawn out.
