Overall, my experience at Bridgecrest has been very positive. While there have been some challenges along the way, they’ve helped me grow. I’ve enjoyed working on meaningful projects with great people and building strong relationships throughout the jour

I've had a great first week. My team is getting me ramped up without making me feel stressed or anxious about my new role and everyone is helping me to make sure I am successful.

It has been such a relief from previous employers, and I am so grateful to be here, the environment is so positive it is amazing.

Overall, an amazing company that provides an experience that I haven't had with other companies. Truly provides a place that lets you grow without demanding.

I have only been here for 6 weeks but I feel the rest of the team values my addition and has helped me get caught up to speed.

They seem to really care about everyone individually and not as a whole. It's amazing

I believe with the current economic world we live in the car has been the best part of the compensation package outside of the paycheck.

The 401k match and my signing bonus were both nice.

The pay is competitive, and health benefits are good enough for me.

Low premium pay per paycheck

With my broad experience, my dedication, and adaptability, in addition to inflation, I would expect to be earing about 37% more than my current wages. My department also does not receive and weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual bonus, whether or not the company increases profits.

We are close-knit, caring, and professional.

My team is fun to work with because they’re smart, handle complex problems well, and still make time to build real friends

We all work together. I don't feel like there's a hierarchy in place, everyone is trying to help and achieve the same goals.

They all help when you need it and make you feel so welcomed

It is very much a culture of pulling together, not alone.

The opportunities to connect with others across the organization.

I think the most positive aspect of my role is the coworkers I genuinely enjoy working with on a daily basis and the strong friendships I?

I have only been here for a week, so take that for what you will. In that time though, we have already celebrated Cinco De Mayo and Mother's day within the office. The company seems to care about celebrating their employees.

They all treat you like family

Working along side smart people daily

Getting to be around my team. It's one of the best teams I've been apart of within my career.

The thing that makes me most happy at work is the way everyone is there for you when you need it and you know that you have support

Doing what I love and studied in school letting 8-hour days feel like two.
