Im pleased with the co and the job

This company has been fantastic from the start. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and the type of treatment I have felt.

I look forward to coming to work every day to see be able to both help and interact with my team. After being an intern a year ago, I also enjoy the constant communication between my intern class and I.

With this being my 4th week as an intern, I feel that I have gained real world experience and I have started to improve my skills within my department. I am growing more confident that I will be able do my job well if offered a full time position.

I love that we have a strong woman leader in the driver seat and that my boss who I report into emplowers me in every area of work.

The variety of options to choose based on preferences

As an intern I am happy to be gaining valuable, real world experience. I did not take the internship opportunity for the pay alone but in the bigger picture, DriveTime was providing the best pay out of all of the internship opportunities.

The pay is below market and company perks of work life balance have been getting trimmed that previously brought balance to the lower pay,

Being able to understand real world problems and day to day standards within my department. The process is very different from what you are taught in school and it is beneficial to be able to gain the knowledge that way I can apply it to my studies.
