Im pleased with the co and the job

This company has been fantastic from the start. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and the type of treatment I have felt.

I look forward to coming to work every day to see be able to both help and interact with my team. After being an intern a year ago, I also enjoy the constant communication between my intern class and I.

With this being my 4th week as an intern, I feel that I have gained real world experience and I have started to improve my skills within my department. I am growing more confident that I will be able do my job well if offered a full time position.

its been pretty good kind of boring being in one room so going out and shadowing has been nice.

As an intern I am happy to be gaining valuable, real world experience. I did not take the internship opportunity for the pay alone but in the bigger picture, DriveTime was providing the best pay out of all of the internship opportunities.

All of them have been very opening about helping me achieve my goals. My Driving Instructor and Co-Pilot are very attentive and make sure all of my questions are answered. Each co-worker cares about each other and we all get along.

Everyone is very outgoing and ensures that you feel comfortable. It could be a bit different since I am an intern but I feel that my department really gets along with each other as they all have one common goal to do their job to the best of their abilities.

Being able to understand real world problems and day to day standards within my department. The process is very different from what you are taught in school and it is beneficial to be able to gain the knowledge that way I can apply it to my studies.
