What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are humans with lives outside of work. as much as they are business. they are people who I can talk to

They actually care and arent fake
This is only my 3rd week, however, training has been great! My GM and AD have made sure I have everything to suceed!
They are Informative and transparent

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the monthly bonuses - individual and store.

Base pay is what i care most about
The potential to increase my income with bonuses on top of an already excellent bas salary.
The bonus opportunities monthly that can be earned.
i think it is pretty great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our store is trialing an enhanced compensation package for CEGs. This trial will not include a bump in compensation for the leadership team. I believe the results of the trial would be more revealing if leaders were to receive the same base pay percentage increase as the CEGs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
every walks of life. everyone is unique
