What is the best part about your compensation package?

Drizly rolled out a new comp package this year inclusive of amazing benefits and perks. Pay is anchored above market against other top tech companies. The new perks focus on taking care of yourself and is all about flexibility. It truly helps to create a great, supportive environment.

What compensation package do you mean?

Strong perks package with lots of flexibility. 401k match. Above market pay.

Various stipends to support our lifestyle, healthcare benefits, still no 401K matching but its in the works

The money and the benefits such as flexible vacation and commuter expenses covered. I could go on for hours here.

It is a total package- base is competitive in the market, we have bonuses tied to performance, have true ownership opportunity and have perks/benefits that make a difference.

Healthcare is surprisingly affordable for the size of the company. I was at a company 7x as big and was paying 2x as much as I am here.
