Great when I started and now going through growing pains as we are transitioning into a public company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is high. And good corporate bonus.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Direction and making hard decisions to scale Dropbox to the next level
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executives in finance are all out for themselves. Sets a bad tone. Not reflective of Dropbox culture and because we are now public there is a lot of micromanagement in the wrong areas
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Mix up experience levels and stop bringing in so many overpaid outsiders who talk a good game but don’t do any real work. Still not large enough nor have the systems to effectively get all the day to day work done
