The Executive team at Druva operates with high integrity and transparency.

The potential on equity continues to be exciting
The bonuses at the moment, though the equity will hopefully in the end be the most profitable part.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Meeting have a purpose and expected outcome. I do not feel like my time is wasted.
Bright, hard working and always laughing even when work is tough
Great teamwork, everyone is busy but there is always time to laugh or help each other out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency and Humor. Drive and resiliency
We are empowered to shape process and strategy in order to get things done. Morale seems to be generally high.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview questions were intense but thoughtful.
Meeting a broad range of employees who were all consistent in their messaging about the company and opportunity
People are genuinely nice and appears to be very collaborative. They are saying good things about each other and the CEO which gave me confidence about the culture of the company
Getting to meet some of the executives and my future peers so that I could determine if that was a work environment I wanted to be a part of.
