We have awesome morale. We have achieved so much in our short 25 years in business but we are all hungry to keep achieving more.

We have an open layout to encourage collaboration and foster teamwork.

How's the leadership on the HR team at DRW?
We have amazing leadership on the HR team! They are always providing encouragement, positive feedback, and mentor-ship. We couldn't ask for better leaders to learn from!
What's the vibe like in the HR dept at DRW? How many hours are you working?
Everyone is very friendly and helpful in the HR department at DRW. There is an underlying trust of employees to get their work done on their own time so people arrive and leave depending on their schedule/kids' schedules/etc. We definitely are not chained to our desk with a hard start and stop time like at other firms.
