What do you like best about the leadership team?
Realistic and agile towards changes in markets and trading
They give you the time you need to accomplish goals within work hours.
I am constantly amazed by the leadership of DRW. Our partners are totally accessible and truly care about their employees. I am thanked on a regular basis by top partners for completing tasks that I feel are within the normal scope of my job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Weed out the people who delight in intimidating and bullying
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of room for upward movement.
Bonus is based on my performance, great base salary
I get well paid but the money does not compensate for the effect that the harassment has had on my health
Professional development budget, internal training, 401k matching.
The company really takes care of employees and makes sure that increases in health care costs don't automatically fall back on employees. They also provide additional benefits for employees with children, gym discounts, tuition reimbursement and more.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm rarely the smartest person in the room, I learn a ton from my colleagues and I feel like we have good camaraderie.
Diverse open minded great communication.
Everyone is so kind and respectful of one another, yet we still push each other to be our very best selves. I love working at DRW!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop making harassment and bullying into a sport
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People enjoy what they do
Results get rewarded, access to leadership, meaningful work.
My wellbeing is prioritised. I'm not treated like I'm disposable.

This is an incredibly challenging place to work -- in all the best ways. You're given a lot of autonomy, trusted to have and use good judgment and encouraged to take smart risks. You get to learn fast, fail fast and ultimately help drive the firm's involvement in markets around the world.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They moved quickly and were decisive.
I met a lot of the team and had the chance to see if we got on before committing.
