This is an incredibly challenging place to work -- in all the best ways. You're given a lot of autonomy, trusted to have and use good judgment and encouraged to take smart risks. You get to learn fast, fail fast and ultimately help drive the firm's involvement in markets around the world.
We have a no jerks policy and we firmly stick to that. People you meet are considerate of one another and really collaborative. I always feel my co-workers are willing to help each other out no matter the task.
