Supportive leaders who balance delivery and development

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is starting to lag behind market
Dstl continually underpay, not even meeting inflation. For highly skilled scientists and engineers they are some of the most underpaid in the country. Senior management continue to blame the treasury, but in reality, they have the capacity to fix things, if only they could be bothered to fight.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very clear common purpose, which is to protect the UK from threats by the application of S&T
Highly intelligent caring people who just want to do what's right for the company.
