Great colleagues and immediate management. BUT senior management are completely disconnected empire builders filling the company with their old boy's club mates, and are only in it to for an OBE. They REALLY don't give a monkeys about those doing the actual work and won't go out to bat for them

Highly intelligent caring people who just want to do what's right for the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is nothing to like about the senior leadership team. They are happy to lie flat out to your face.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dstl continually underpay, not even meeting inflation. For highly skilled scientists and engineers they are some of the most underpaid in the country. Senior management continue to blame the treasury, but in reality, they have the capacity to fix things, if only they could be bothered to fight.
