everything before you can lead one must be able to communicate a vision to his/her entire team

The pay is fair and vacation is good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want everyone to be treated equally and that is not happening at the store I am at. I have tried to transfer but my boss won't do anything so that could happen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together and values each other as a person. We all work hard.
We stick to each other, we are a family
The team is friendly and works well together

If they all helped with cuartémoste and not say around doing nothin
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive about the store I work for. Some of us are treated unfairly

Quick and to the point
It was pet good and i started with a really good team until I got a new boss who onky talks to employees who are skinny and nit gay
The people are all very friendly
