Everyone in the department I work with has a great attitude about their job. We all communicate well with each other daily.

I believe the job flexibility and communication amongst co-workers and managers make the culture and environment a positive experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews with my former supervisor were great. That is what is sad and unfortunate. I looked forward to work for this company. I did my research on the company and I started out very excited. I turned down a higher paying position as an HR Generalist to go with DXP. Dissapointing..
