What did you like most about the interview process? The interviews with my former supervisor were great. That is what is sad and unfortunate. I looked forward to work for this company. I did my research on the company and I started out very excited. I turned down a higher paying position as an HR Generalist to go with DXP. Dissapointing..
What do you like best about the leadership team?Hands on lets employees work
What do you like best about the leadership team? They always say "Thank You" for your hard work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Poor management. Lack of or total abscence of proper training and success factors. There is no one teaching you the software, you are told what to do and expected to be able to efficiently perform those tasks without any prior experience of doing so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More pay and more PTO.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to treat everyone with respect.
