What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comprehensively excellent benefits and compensation.
We are an ESOP and therefore employee performance feeds the stock price and in turn our personal retirement rather uninvolved than investors or a few select owners.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people who are very capable.
Inverted from the standards that you hear of 10% of the people do 90% of the work. We have very high engagement and very bright people as a general rule.
The ability to work with passionate people in a team-environment. We are all owners in the company, this drives our culture to strike for excellence.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Low stress during the interview
Several engagements, a very thorough process.
I was able to talk with a variety of people / groups and clearly understood the high standards of the company.
The communication. I could tell that interviewers were very intrigued and wanted to get to know me rather than asking off the wall behavioral questions. I could tell they cared because they valued my skill set and background.

Solving hard problems with really smart people.
Collaboration and strategic decision making.
Being able to be a part of something that makes me proud. I am able to fill accomplished in what I do daily.
