Low stress during the interview

Several engagements, a very thorough process.

I was able to talk with a variety of people / groups and clearly understood the high standards of the company.

The communication. I could tell that interviewers were very intrigued and wanted to get to know me rather than asking off the wall behavioral questions. I could tell they cared because they valued my skill set and background.
