The current culture is good, some additional work events outside of the office would be nice.

Effective communication skills and outstanding customer service.
How's the vacation policy at DYONYX?
Great! You get 25 PTO days at beginning of employment to be used however you want.
How hard is it to get promoted at DYONYX?
Not hard at all if you are an achiever and loyal employee. There are several examples of individuals being promoted from within.

They are usually very good about replying back within 24 to 48 hours.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Business Development team at DYONYX?
Previously I would have answered growth opportunities for the BD team were fairly stagnate. This year however, we decided to grow our sales team internally. We have started to invest heavily in our inside sales team by providing formal and informal training, taking them along on perspective client meetings, etc. The goal is to have them able to advance into a sales executive with a short period of time once they are ready.
