Our leadership team manages their every day activities very well with our employees and our clients. Wearing multiple hats and still meeting their goals for the year. We do have an awesome Leadership Team!
They communicate very well and keep us informed. They also demonstrate recognition for a job well done.
They always try to work with and understand the importance of a family/work balance!

Very open with each other and able to address problems easily. Communication is key, and we are almost always interacting with each other on a daily basis during work hours. Our team is fun to be around but also very smart and gets our work done in the most effective way.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people is the most positive aspect of the company.

Our company has celebrations/parties throughout the year which is great for the culture to interact with each other from other departments.
the owner really tries to ensure the management team recognizes the employees for a job well done and they hold several events throughout the year in the office to show appreciation to the employees.
Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with, there are no attitudes that come along with elevated job titles.

We really are a family and care about each other. When needing help, there is always a resource or someone who is there to help you. Everyone at the company is very friendly, even if you are not in their department.

it was very thorough and they know how to interview at a deep technical level.
I could be myself and answer genuinely instead of concocting an answer.

The three interviews you go through helps them to make sure you are right for the job but also to make sure that you are confident in what you are applying for. The recruiting team is very informative and good at communicating.
