The people is the most positive aspect of the company.

Our company has celebrations/parties throughout the year which is great for the culture to interact with each other from other departments.
the owner really tries to ensure the management team recognizes the employees for a job well done and they hold several events throughout the year in the office to show appreciation to the employees.
Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with, there are no attitudes that come along with elevated job titles.

We really are a family and care about each other. When needing help, there is always a resource or someone who is there to help you. Everyone at the company is very friendly, even if you are not in their department.
I think what was really refreshing for me is truly working in a team environment not just saying it is. Everyone is valued.
My co-workers are knowledgeable and professional and are generally interested in the company's success. The company provides several employee events throughout the year that are fun to attend. The executives really care about what people think, take the time to listen, and act when needed.
Encouragement for bettering ourselves as techs, as far as certifications, schooling, etc..

The most positive thing is our managements commitment to family. They are dedicated to making sure we all have a happy work and personal balance and that our families are taken care of.
The environment is very friendly and when someone new is hired the others go out fo their way to make them feel welcome.
They don't believe in having to babysit their employees.
We have a lot of different events from employee appreciation to thanksgiving and Christmas parties!
