Overall compensation package is fair and comparable to market standard. Annual raises and bonuses and generous PTO plan are awesome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is highly focused on ensuring the company is run effectively with an eye towards profit, but they balance decisions by working to understand the impact to employees, and strive to make employees feel like valuable company resources.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with are amazing people. Respecting the people you work with while also enjoying their company is a great way to work each day! The people around here really seem to care about each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers are knowledgeable and professional and are generally interested in the company's success. The company provides several employee events throughout the year that are fun to attend. The executives really care about what people think, take the time to listen, and act when needed.
