Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'd like better medical benefits, and better profit sharing.

We work hard and are sent home and belittled at every turn. Leadership doesn’t take the same accountabilit

Proper pay rate and fulltime hours I was promised

I never received compensation nor benefits or tip money. I just want better hours and a chance to grow as I was promised in the company. If not I should just leave.
