The leadership team needs to be more empathetic, understanding and overall better leaders and examples. They themselves were lazy and under qualified to be in their roles. There was not one person in the leadership team who was kind and respectful.

Proper pay rate and fulltime hours I was promised
I never received compensation nor benefits or tip money. I just want better hours and a chance to grow as I was promised in the company. If not I should just leave.
Work on food knowledge, building dishes, pairing dishes. not just the roll out seminars, but actual pre-shifts focused on things other than "your out time should be 10 minutes after your last table leaves"... for example.
Team meetings changed nothing. No one felt heard and I was silenced many times.

Everything needs to be changed.
I was a part of a cooperative learning relationship with Earls. My interview was half-assed and I was accepted.
Management is responsible for a poor work environment. Partners are made to feel small.
Maybe get rid of the 'ribs in bags' and 'mash in bags'. Rework your menu. I'm ashamed to serve that crap. Just go for your salads and burgers and fried stuff, and anything deep-fried or raw. Pizzas, bagged mash, bagged ribs, and soup can die.
