Removing their heads from their rectums and ditching the whole DEI initiative.

Management is uneducated, not trained properly and fails to follow safety policies. Anyone in Management should be investigated for wrongdoing. The entire company is misrepresenting numbers, twisting and perverting profits. Record sales is distorted when withholding bonuses and raises.

Better benefits and more money
Other companies pay better but the region oulls doen.
Company is making it harder to get promoted and we are taking on more work and projects.
To be paid as much as employees in the same company doing the same job in other parts of the country. To have a level of benefits like they used to provide and provide them into retirement.
Compensation is fine. Perks can get better.

Management training and comprehension of actual safety. Be proactive and not reactive.

Positivity is lacking greatly. Employee's do not want to step up to make suggestions or report failures for fear of backlash.

Overhaul the management system. Lay down the law to new employees about expectations.
More time to recover from COVID. Less pressure from corporate to meet goals of things that are unproven and untested. More emphasis on maintaining existing assets
Just come out of the dark. This company is a toxic place to work that does not care about factory workers. Unfairly promoting diversity and inclusion yet this is not practiced. This company is so obsessed with appearance it neglects to do the right thing, treat employees like humans.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cimmodiry focus and systems. Exec team not about oeople.
This company is going down hill fast. This company probably had a chance but I think that turnover and lack of experience inside the operations will lead to disaster. This place is a time-bomb. Dangerous and nobody in management cares to keep experienced operators who work safely teach safety.
