What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match of 6% is very generous
A good amount of PTO, lots of insurance options, 6% for the 401k match is better than I've ever had.
The PTO and employer contributions to the benefits.
I'm paid fairly and we get lots of perks like in-office lunches and parties throughout the year
The fact that they pay into your personal benefits too such a large extent further shows how much they care about us and our families. There is no avenue within benefits where i dont feel supported by this company. They are great
