Sincerely support team spirit and they are excellent company leaders.

Company is making positive changes towards being a more agile workplace, both technically and in practice. Some long-timers have shifted out, allowing more constructive and modern thinking. Overall, leadership team is open to learning.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Good health, dental, vision coverage.

The profit sharing program has yielded great results for many years.

Annual increases and bonuses are fair and reasonable.

In recent years there has been a concerted effort to match EIS salaries with the market.

Compensation reflects location, which is a far suburb of Boston. Moving up internally is encouraged, but compensation needs to be more competitive for people to keep people around.
