Executive Bio

Mr. Bruno Lavandier has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Ecolab Inc. since May 04, 2017. Mr. Lavandier serves as the President of TIORCO LLC. Mr. Lavandier served as the Senior Vice President of Ecolabs Catalyst process improvement and IT infrastructure program. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Global Supply Chain from January 2015 to February 2017 and Vice President of Finance, Global Supply Chain from August 2014 to December 2014. At the time of the completion of Ecolabs merger with Nalco Holding Company in December 2011, Mr. Lavandier served as Nalcos Vice President of EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) Solutions from September 2008 to July 2014. Mr. Lavandier served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Nalco Holding Company (formerly, Nalco Chemical Co.) and also served as its Controller from January 1, 2003 to June 30, 2005. Mr. Lavandier served as Assistant Controller of Cost Accounting at Nalco, contributing significantly to reengineering its global Supply Chain from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Lavandier has 17 years of international experience in various industries, including turn-key engineering, water treatment, oil and gas. He played a critical role in supporting Nalco through its 2003 purchase and related debt offerings and through the initial public offering of shares of Nalco Holding Company. Mr. Lavandier served as a Controller of Nalco Finance Holdings LLC. Mr. Lavandier served as Division Vice President of Finance for Energy Services and Business Operations Energy Services and Global Supply Chain Finance Lead of Nalco Holding Co. He worked hand in hand with the sales force on significant business development projects in West Africa, North Africa and Kazakhstan and led the acquisition process of TIORCO, Inc. by Nalco Company. He set up Nalco's Joint Venture with Stepan to form the first totally integrated chemical EOR company - TIORCO. Mr. Lavandier joined Nalco from Suez in 2001, where he served in a number of financial planning and analysis, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller roles in the turn-key engineering industry. From 1999 to 2001, he served as Corporate Controller of Degremont, SA, a subsidiary of Suez. He served as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Nalco Holdings LLC. He holds a Master's Degree in Business awarded by the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS). Mr. Lavandier holds an MSc in management from HEC Paris.
