Mr. Timothy P. Mulhere has been an Executive Vice President of Ecolab Inc. since February 2012 and has been its President of International Regions since May 2015. Mr. Mulhere leads Ecolab's International Regions to ensure effective local execution of global strategies, high performance of local and regional operations and continued alignment of the Ecolab global integration efforts. Mr. Mulhere served as the President of Global Water & Process Services since October 2012 until May 2015. Mr. Mulhere served as President of Gobal Healthcare at Ecolab Inc. from February 2012 to September 2012. He served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager ' Food & Beverage North America at Ecolab Inc. since January 2011 until January 2012. Mr. Mulhere served other key executive positions within Ecolab's Healthcare and Professional Products businesses. Prior to Ecolab, Mr. Mulhere served as Vice President and Global Business Manager of Refined Products for Witco Corporation. During his tenure at Witco, he also held a number of sales and marketing positions for the Refined Products business. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Chemistry Council (ACC). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Executives' Club of Chicago. He served as a Director of the National Petroleum Refiners Association and Witco BV. Mr. Mulhere previously served eight years on the board of governors for the Minneapolis-based Children's Theatre Company. He also served on the board of directors of University Enterprise Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Mulhere graduated summa cum laude from Pace University with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics.
