Mr. Sharma joined Ecolab in 2013 after more than 12 years at Diversey, Inc. (Sealed Air Corporation), where he served management roles of increasing importance, including Global Vice President of Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial Laundry and Food Safety. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sharma also held marketing and sales roles at Mecklai Financial & Commercial Services Limited, GE Industrial and Mafatlal Industries Limited. Mr. Sharma has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute of Management Development and Research in Pune, India and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from MIT Manipal in Mangalore, India.
